Missions

Faith Assembly strongly encourages our congregation to support our missions’ programs. Because of the faithfulness in giving, we are currently able to provide monthly support to twelve missionaries who have responded to the call of God on their lives. This includes two missionaries in Virginia, one from Global University, as well as missionaries in Jamaica, Samoa, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Mali, France, Ukraine, Middle East, and Chile. We also provide monthly support to the Sender’s Fund which assists first-time missionaries in getting to the field faster. In addition to our monthly support, we are able to give to numerous ministries from our General Tithe Fund.

Our effort in missions is far more than just financially supporting our missionaries. Everyone is encouraged to pray for our missionaries as often as God brings them to our attention. When given the opportunities, the congregation is encouraged to serve in short-term missions. We are all called to “go into all the world”. We can do that by giving, praying, and going when opportunities arise.
